• Current SLPA license in the state of Texas
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Confidence collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and educational teams
• Adaptability to manage caseloads and alternating service delivery models
• Familiarity with IEP documentation, assessments, and progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under SLP supervision
• Support students with articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social communication needs
• Contribute to IEP development and implement individualized goals
• Collect data and prepare progress notes for review by supervising SLPs
• Participate in team meetings and maintain effective professional relationships with staff and families
