As an SLP, you'll engage with students from a range of backgrounds and age groups—between 3 and 21, depending on the school—making each day unique and deeply rewarding. Qualifications:

  • Current and active Illinois SLP license required
  • Must hold Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Comfortable working onsite, in-person only
  • Skilled with ages 3–21; flexibility is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy onsite in schools for students ages 3–21
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in meetings and school-based initiatives as needed
