Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a meaningful contract opportunity in a supportive educational environment near Rosemount, MN. This role is structured as a .75 ECSE SLP position, ideal for professionals interested in blending early intervention with classroom support.

In this position, you will dedicate approximately half of your time to conducting Initial Part C evaluations for young children—engaging directly with families in their homes and collaborating with other professionals to develop effective communication strategies. Flexibility is essential, as this aspect of the role requires adaptability with scheduling and a family-centered approach. The remaining quarter of your time will be spent supporting a dynamic preschool classroom, providing engaging SLP services and fostering communication growth in young learners.

Candidates are strongly encouraged to bring knowledge and understanding of working with families with children from birth to age three.

What we’re searching for:

  • Active SLP-CCC credential and licensure as required for school-based practice
  • Previous school-based experience and/or experience with ECSE or early childhood populations
  • Comfort traveling locally for home-based evaluations and building rapport with families
  • Preferred: Experience working directly with B-3 (birth to age three) families
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough, collaborative Initial Part C evaluations in homes to determine appropriate services
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Partner with preschool teachers and classroom staff to integrate SLP support within daily activities
  • Regularly communicate progress and strategies to caregivers and educational teams
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation

This contract offers Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm hours, allowing for a balanced and consistent schedule.
