Special Education Teacher - Nashua, New Hampshire

This full-time contract opportunity near Nashua, NH, calls for a dedicated professional to provide instruction and case management for a caseload of approximately 15 students across 2nd and 5th grades. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility)
• Previous experience serving elementary students with diverse learning needs
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, compliance, and best instructional practices
• Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage responsibilities across more than one site
• Collaborative and solution-oriented approach

Role Responsibilities:

• Direct instructional support to students in 2nd and 5th grades, implementing tailored learning plans
• Case management for IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Adapt and differentiate curriculum based on individual goals and present levels
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and respectful classroom environment
• Partner with general education teachers and support staff to ensure accessible learning
• Maintain timely communication with families and service providers

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, offering 32-37.5 hours per week from August 2026 through June 2027.
