School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Westminster, South Carolina

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based SLP services
• Prior experience working with K-12th grade students in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal setting, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Provide both direct and consultative services across various grade levels
• Maintain accurate student records and adhere to compliance standards
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
