• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly recommended
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively onsite with students and multidisciplinary staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student goals and progress
• Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with state and federal regulations
• Contribute to IEP development, attend relevant meetings, and participate in intervention planning
• Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, evidence-based practices
