School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide therapeutic interventions
• Committed to fostering student success in a diverse academic setting

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to inform student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain detailed and organized student records while adhering to all compliance standards
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
