Job Description
Make a lasting impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students across multiple schools near Mebane, NC. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027, and features a diverse caseload with students at varying developmental stages. You’ll be an essential part of helping learners find their voices and achieve academic success through innovative and meaningful speech and language interventions provided virtually.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active North Carolina SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Demonstrated experience in K-12 settings
- Proficient with teletherapy/voco speech delivery platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting students across all grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students remotely
- Manage a varied caseload spanning multiple school sites
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide ongoing progress reporting
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams for comprehensive student support
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
