A travel opportunity is available for a pharmacist seeking to expand their clinical expertise within a dynamic healthcare setting. This 13-week assignment offers direct patient care across a variety of populations including neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients at a main campus and its satellite clinics in a culturally rich Southwestern Arizona region.

Work Schedule:

  • 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
  • Workweek: Wednesday through Tuesday
  • Hours Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Weekend Hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services aligned with established policies
  • Deliver direct clinical services in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Contribute to program development for specialized pharmacy clinics and clinical service enhancements
  • Participate in administration of policies and supervision of pharmacy staff, contributing to operational leadership
  • Rotate shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
  • Valid, unrestricted pharmacist license from any U.S. state or territory; no Arizona license required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Pharmacist and at least 1 year in a clinical pharmacist role
  • Ability to complete fingerprinting clearance prior to start
