As an Advanced Practice Pharmacist II, you will oversee specialized pharmacy clinics, lead quality improvement initiatives, and supervise a diverse team involved in pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient pharmacy services to diverse patient groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Manage pharmacy operations and direct clinical pharmacy services according to organizational policies
• Provide supervision and mentorship to pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers
• Participate in policy administration and program development to maintain the highest quality of care
• Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations, providing technical and administrative oversight to designated clinics
