Travel Federal Pharmacist in Scottsdale, AZ

This travel opportunity involves providing comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services across a main campus and multiple satellite clinics. The pharmacist will deliver direct patient care to a diverse patient population including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. Responsibilities are performed in rotation across day, evening, night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

As a pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to advance through tiered levels up to Advanced Practice Pharmacist. The Advanced Practice Pharmacist roles extend clinical pharmacy services both inpatient and outpatient, manage specialized pharmacy clinics, and develop clinical programs to ensure the highest quality of care. This advanced level also involves administrative responsibilities, including policy administration, program direction, and supervision of pharmacy staff and support personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy and medication management services to a diverse patient population
• Work flexible rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Administer pharmacy policies and procedures in alignment with organizational mission and values
• Oversee pharmacy operations and staff including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers
• Develop and manage specialized clinical pharmacy programs and services

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in federal pharmacy services
