Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sanford, NC

This onsite, full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated educational team and support children’s communication development in a nurturing environment from now through the end of the 2026-2027 academic year.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina SLP license in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
• Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and caseload management
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, and interpret results within the school context
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document services and maintain student records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations
• Offer consultative support and collaborate with educators and families
