Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving local students as a dedicated Occupational Therapist in a dynamic school environment. This role, situated near Broomfield, CO, supports elementary and middle school learners through essential evaluation and therapy services, helping them reach their fullest academic and developmental potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active Occupational Therapy license (required)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, specifically in school-based settings
  • Strong capability in conducting evaluations, preparing reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload across elementary, middle, and high school levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized educational plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for referred students (including overflow evaluations as needed)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of all required reports
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, support professionals, and families to modify school environments and activities
  • Develop and implement engaging therapeutic interventions tailored to students' needs
  • Serve on evaluation and support teams at designated elementary, middle, or high school locations

This contract position provides a distinctive workweek of Tuesday through Friday with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing a three-day weekend every week. The assignment runs through May 20th, 2027, offering stability and the chance to see your students grow over several years.
