Occupational Therapist School Setting - Grambling, LA

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Louisiana
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working onsite across four schools
• Willing and able to supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel between school sites as required

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students at multiple schools (high school and elementary)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs, aligning with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families for holistic support
• Assist in fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
• Provide supervision and mentorship to a COTA
