Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) welcome
• Demonstrated previous experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Strong commitment to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress documentation
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success
• Engage in IEP meetings and provide input for goal development and plan implementation
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and productive atmosphere for young learners
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Participate in professional development as needed to stay current with best practices

This assignment is full-time onsite for 37.5 hours per week during the academic year, with a start as soon as possible through May 2027. Provide consistent care at one elementary location, allowing you to truly connect with your students and staff.
