Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active North Carolina SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to providing only onsite services (remote/VOCO is not an option)
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-5 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
