School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Thomasville, North Carolina

As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional support where it matters most. Two full-time opportunities are available—one in a traditional elementary setting, and another in a specialized K–12 school focused on students with significant needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience in school settings preferred
• For the elementary caseload: Comfort working with K–5 populations, managing IEPs and direct therapy
• For the specialized K–12 role: Strong clinical skills in AAC and adaptive interventions for students with disabilities
• Commitment to conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students, targeting speech, language, and communication skills
• Perform student evaluations and interpret results to inform program planning
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings, setting measurable goals and monitoring progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to maximize student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state requirements
