School Speech Language Pathologist - Fuquay Varina, NC

This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite in a collaborative setting, serving as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) alongside dedicated educators and staff. Work with students to assess, treat, and monitor communication progress throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status welcomed
• Prior experience within school settings strongly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of assessments, therapy techniques, and IEP process
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students in an onsite setting
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress and services
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s needs
• Remain current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
