What you’ll bring:
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist licensure in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school-based settings, preferably working with diverse caseloads
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning skills
• Proficiency in telepractice or Voco SLP technologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative abilities
• Enthusiasm for making a difference with students from kindergarten through grade 12
Your role will include:
• Delivering speech and language therapy services virtually to students across multiple age groups
• Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Participating in IEP meetings and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Managing a diverse caseload while prioritizing individualized student needs
• Adapting therapy techniques to engage learners in a virtual setting
