Job Description
Support student success and well-being by joining a dedicated educational team serving the Windsor community. This position offers flexibility in work environment—one role is primarily in-person (with potential for hybrid), and the other is fully remote (VOCO), meeting the varied needs of students across multiple schools. The contract runs through late May 2027, with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Colorado School Psychologist License issued by CDE
- Experience working with school-aged children, delivering both assessments and student services
- Ability to manage a caseload involving reevaluations (up to 70 annually for remote; approximately 45 for in-person/hybrid)
- Strong communication skills and adaptability for either remote, hybrid, or in-person work environments
- Comfortable using technology to facilitate learning and assessment when working remotely
- Collaborative team player, dedicated to supporting both educators and students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and reevaluations in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Deliver direct mental health services to students, collaborating closely with educational staff and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting on all evaluations and services provided
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop and update IEPs
- Support schools in meeting students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic needs, whether on-site or virtually
