Job Description

Make a positive impact in education by working with students in a supportive school environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract basis. This assignment provides the opportunity to utilize your clinical skills to empower students, collaborate with educators, and help every child reach their potential in communication and learning.

Bring your passion for pediatric speech and language development to a dynamic interdisciplinary team. Both SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is advantageous, but new graduates with strong clinical skills and motivation are welcome
  • Ability to organize workloads and manage caseloads effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow specialists to deliver holistic support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Engage in professional development and ongoing learning
