Speech Language Pathologist in Modesto, CA

Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based setting. This contract position offers the flexibility of full or part-time hours and is conducted entirely onsite. As a valued team member, you'll use your clinical expertise to help students develop the communication skills they need for academic and social success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active TX Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Previous experience working in schools, specifically with elementary-aged children, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop targeted, evidence-based treatment plans and deliver therapy services to assigned caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student growth
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities
