Qualifications and Credentials:
- Valid SLP-CCC required
- Certification from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
- Experience in pediatric or elementary school settings preferred
- Proficiency with therapeutic interventions, assessments, and goal planning for children
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for designated elementary students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals aligning with IEPs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families for student success
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting support as needed
- Participate in student and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain compliance with state and district regulations and professional best practices
