Qualifications and Credentials:

  • Valid SLP-CCC required
  • Certification from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
  • Experience in pediatric or elementary school settings preferred
  • Proficiency with therapeutic interventions, assessments, and goal planning for children
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for designated elementary students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals aligning with IEPs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families for student success
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting support as needed
  • Participate in student and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain compliance with state and district regulations and professional best practices
