Physical Therapist - School Setting in Doylestown, PA

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of preschoolers by serving as a contract physical therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This unique opportunity features in-person support for students based primarily in the Newtown area, with additional coverage one day per week in the Morrisville/Pennsbury area. This role is designed for skilled professionals who are passionate about supporting children’s growth and mobility in educational settings. You’ll work on-site 3-4 days a week, averaging 21-28 hours. The position offers varied experiences as you provide services in locations across Carbon and Lehigh Counties.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with preschool students in a school setting
• Strong understanding of state and school-based therapy guidelines
• Ability to work in-person only (no remote or hybrid options)
• Willingness to travel within the designated regions as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to preschool-aged students, promoting physical development and participation within the school environment
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district reporting standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with staff and families
