Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Missouri; please include your active license number in your application
- Previous experience delivering PT services in early childhood or school environments preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric therapy techniques and interventions
- Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable adapting to changing caseloads and environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, in-person physical therapy services to children in an educational setting
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans based on each child’s strengths and needs
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate records and comply with district and state documentation requirements
- Contribute professional insight during IEP and student evaluation meetings
- Provide training and resources to school staff when needed
