You’ll provide expert physical therapy services across several locations, primarily focusing on an elementary-aged caseload, with a manageable group of 15-20 students. What you bring:

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Florida
  • Previous school-based and/or pediatric experience highly desirable
  • Confidence in developing and implementing IEP-driven interventions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules across multiple sites
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy for students
  • Tracking progress and updating student treatment plans according to IEP goals
  • Offering guidance and education to school staff and families
  • Traveling between school locations, with a focus on elementary student needs
  • Maintaining accurate reports and documentation per district and regulatory guidelines

This position is part-time, with a 1.5-day per week schedule (8-hour days), allowing you to balance work with other commitments. Highly competitive pay starts at $43 per hour or more, based on your experience and credentials.
