Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri (please provide license number in your application)
• Prior experience working with early childhood or school-aged populations strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet a diverse range of developmental stages and abilities
• Skilled at assessing, creating, and implementing individual treatment programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Committed to in-person support—no virtual/remote positions available for this contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, hands-on physical therapy services to early childhood students in a school-based setting
• Develop and implement individualized goals designed to improve mobility, strength, and classroom participation
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary consultations, and progress reviews as needed
• Communicate progress and strategies with families, caregivers, and school staff
