School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Sugar Land, Texas

We are seeking a contract speech-language pathologist who can provide services at middle or high school campuses on the southwest side of the Houston area. This full-time assignment runs from August 11, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with a standard 37.5-hour work week. Caseloads typically range from 50-60 students within grades 6-8 or 10-12, depending on your experience and preference.

As a vital member of the school team, you’ll deliver the full spectrum of SLP services—including therapy, ARD meetings, and assessments—or, if you prefer, offer supervision-only support. Assignments are thoughtfully matched with your location in mind to help minimize your commute.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas FL SLP license (image of license required with application)
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
• Comfortable working with middle and/or high school populations (grades 6-8 and/or 10-12)
• Ability to provide direct therapy, participate in ARDs, conduct student evaluations, or provide supervision, as desired
• Must complete required district fingerprinting (those already printed within the system may not need reprinting)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy and assessment for a diverse student caseload
• Participate in meetings, documentation, and team collaboration to support IEP goals
• Engage in indirect services and consult with teachers and families as needed
