Embark on a rewarding school-based contract opportunity as a School Psychologist in a dynamic educational environment near West Hartford, CT. This full-time, onsite position is set within a vibrant high school community and spans from August 24, 2026, through May 2027, with the potential to extend through the remainder of the academic year.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with students, educators, and families to support the success and well-being of high school learners. Your days will be filled with meaningful connections as you lead evaluation administrations and prepare PPT reports, ensuring students are equipped to reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut (CT) licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
  • Demonstrated school-based experience, ideally at the high school level
  • Strong skills in evaluation administration and PPT (Planning and Placement Team) reporting
  • Comfortable working onsite and engaging with a diverse high school population
  • Ability to participate in a virtual Zoom interview as part of the application process

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for high school students
  • Prepare and present detailed PPT reports in compliance with district and state standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans
  • Consult with educators and families to develop strategies that promote student success
  • Contribute to a positive school culture by advocating for student well-being
