Step into a rewarding role supporting students' communication and language development in an educational setting near Saint Paul, MN. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about speech-language pathology and excited to collaborate within a multidisciplinary school team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly valued; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Proven ability to conduct teletherapy sessions a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication and speech disorders in individual and group settings
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to reach and serve students effectively
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing professional development
