Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and active MN SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong background in pediatric or school-based speech services
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary school teams
- Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of K-8 students
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and delivering therapy services for K-8 students
- Managing and executing intervention strategies targeting various communication needs
- Collecting data and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress
- Facilitating small group or individual therapy sessions in line with IEP goals
- Consulting and partnering with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Participating in team meetings and effectively communicating student needs and progress
