Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Minnesota SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable working with diverse student needs across K-8
• Familiarity with school-based documentation and reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to create optimal learning environments
• Provide both group and individual therapy to address students’ unique needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert input on student goals and progress
• Educate school staff and families about communication strategies
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students as they develop new skills
