Embark on a rewarding assignment as a School Psychologist supporting elementary-aged students in a vibrant Massachusetts community. This contract role runs from September 1st through June 23rd, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact throughout the full academic year, with a 35-hour work week across Monday to Friday. You’ll work closely with a diverse elementary caseload, collaborating with educational teams to foster student development and success.

Preferred candidates hold current Massachusetts School Psychologist certification and bring enthusiasm for serving elementary populations. Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist certification required
  • Experience with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of current evaluation tools and best practices
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and case management abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement interventions and supports for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services
  • Deliver counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support to students as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations and services
