Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current MA Special Education (SPED) teaching licensure for the appropriate grade level
  • Experience or familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with fellow educators, therapy teams, and families
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for supporting and empowering students with special needs

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deliver individualized instructional strategies tailored to support pre-K students, focusing on ABA principles
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere to promote emotional and academic growth
  • Assess student progress, document performance, and adjust methods to ensure continued development
  • Collaborate closely with support staff, therapists, and families to create cohesive care plans and maintain consistency
  • Participate in IEP meetings and deliver regular updates on student outcomes
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans as needed
