Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license (MA Psych) required
- Experience providing psychological services in a school setting, ideally across K-12 grade levels
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Expertise in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students in kindergarten through grade 12
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and administrators to develop and implement targeted interventions
- Participate in problem-solving and student support teams to help address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Deliver direct support services, including counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
- Provide expert consultation to staff on data-driven instructional and behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical, legal, and district guidelines
