Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Sugar Land, TX

A contract position is available for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work throughout the Houston, TX area. This role involves supporting elementary and secondary students across multiple campuses, providing essential speech and language services on site.

This full-time assignment (35 hours/week, 4-5 days) runs through June 5, 2027, offering a dynamic chance to expand your school-based experience in a collaborative educational setting. Your expertise will contribute to student growth, and an early childhood background would be highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Previous school-based SLP experience (required)
• Experience in early childhood settings (strong plus)
• Ability to provide services onsite only (remote work not available)
• Self-starter comfortable working across multiple locations or campuses

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, evaluations, and direct therapy to students in elementary and/or secondary school settings
• Travel between assigned campuses to support caseload
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal school requirements
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
