Step into a dynamic contract position supporting students’ communication needs in a school-based setting near Aurora, CO. This opportunity is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists at either the Clinical Fellow (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) level who are passionate about making a difference for children and adolescents. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with school-aged children or pediatric populations
  • Knowledge of IEP process and commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students across a diverse caseload
  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and consultative activities
  • Offer ongoing support and training to staff regarding communication strategies

Working Hours & Structure:

  • Contract role with 32 hours per week
  • Structured schedule within standard school hours
