What You’ll Need:

  • Active Colorado SLP license in good standing
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload of K-8 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and regular documentation of therapy sessions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and advocate for students’ developmental needs
