Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Adaptable, organized, and positive attitude for working in new environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 45 students, primarily in Lonsdale with some coverage in Montgomery
• Deliver interventions, assessments, and therapy throughout the school year (about 175 working days, 40 hours/week)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Develop IEPs, maintain compliance, and support students’ communication success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student workshops—beginning with workshop week on August 31 (students start September 10)
