Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
- Valid Alabama ASHA Certification
- Alabama Educator SLP Certificate (or eligibility to begin with pending status)
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for empowering youth
- Must be comfortable working across multiple campuses as outlined
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain documentation and progress tracking in line with school and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP development and implementation
