This opportunity invites a dedicated Multi-Licensed Staff Pharmacist to deliver expert pharmaceutical care in a specialty pharmacy setting that focuses on treating complex conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders. The position is based in Hendersonville, TN, with a contract-to-hire arrangement and an immediate start date.

Key responsibilities include clinical patient management involving infused drug therapies, with a focus on factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and a variety of subcutaneous and IV infusions for chronic conditions. The pharmacist will play a critical role in patient education, ensuring patients and their families understand drug administration, side effect management, adherence, and safe home handling of medications. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and internal care coordinators is essential for coordinated care. Additionally, assistance with benefits navigation and reimbursement through partnership with specialists will be part of the role.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Desired Qualifications:

  • Tennessee pharmacist license required
  • Multiple state licenses preferred or willingness to obtain additional licenses
  • Experience with CareTend software is highly advantageous; training will be provided if necessary
  • Strong clinical knowledge of specialty infusion therapies
  • Excellent communication skills for patient education and coordination of care
