Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is urgently hiring a Staff Pharmacist in Nashville, TN. This role is at a new specialty pharmacy and is an excellent opportunity for a newer graduate looking to build their career and get in on the ground floor!

Position Details

• Contract-to-Hire (looking for candidates interested in long-term employment)
• Specialty Pharmacy
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Low prescription volume
• CareTend software (training available)

Responsibilities

• Manage specialty therapies including hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and infusion medications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, adherence, and side effect management.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient care.
• Assist with prior authorizations, insurance coordination, and patient access to therapy.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
• Multiple State licenses (highly preferred)
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
