You’ll be working at one site—the Lionsgate Shoreview Location—serving middle and high school students (grades 7-12). Your caseload will be approximately 33 students, and you’ll utilize your expertise to deliver both direct and indirect services totaling about 1,500-2,000 minutes each month.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the needs of 7th-12th grade students
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and independently

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver both direct and indirect services to meet IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain records and prepare progress reports
  • Advocate for students’ communication needs in the school community
