Empower young learners and make a lasting difference as a Speech Language Pathologist working onsite with an engaging elementary caseload. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to utilize your expertise supporting students from Pre-K through 5th grade, with a manageable group of approximately 17-20 students. Collaborate with a supportive educational community to deliver evidence-based interventions that help children thrive academically and socially.

Desired Expertise & Credentials:

  • Valid MN Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within elementary or school settings
  • Background in healthcare-related speech and language services is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation to monitor student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary staff consultations, and family conferences
  • Educate and empower teachers and parents with strategies to support student progress in various environments
