This full-time position centers on the ASD PreK classroom, where you'll work alongside a dedicated team to support 6-8 young students from 8 am to 1 pm, with staff hours from 7:45 am to 1:30 pm. Expose yourself to a broad spectrum of learning strategies and leadership styles that will enrich your resume and expand your expertise in pediatric and school-based SLP practice.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Massachusetts SLP
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations, ideally in ASD settings
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills

Primary responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and deliver individualized intervention plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide direct therapy and support for students with ASD
  • Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
