Qualifications:

• Active teaching license in at least one of the following: Mathematics (PRAXIS 5161), Biology (PRAXIS 5235), Chemistry (PRAXIS 5235), General/Physical Science (PRAXIS 5135), Engineering/Industrial Technology (CTE Certification), or a related STEM field (subject to evaluation).
• Experience in general education classrooms or as a general education teacher.
• Demonstrated ability to develop lesson plans and foster a dynamic learning environment.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for helping students achieve academic success in STEM subjects.

Responsibilities:

• Teach STEM subjects to high school students, facilitating understanding of core concepts in mathematics, sciences, and technology.
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to enhance the educational program.
• Support students through differentiated instruction, mentoring, and resource sharing.
