Gen Ed Teacher - Waverly, New York

Inspire students with creativity and imagination in an engaging educational setting as a contract ART teacher. This full-time opportunity is located near Waverly, NY, with on-site placement anticipated at either the Hornell or Bath area schools (final location to be confirmed). The assignment runs from early September through late June, offering the chance to immerse yourself in the school community and foster artistic growth throughout the academic year.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active New York Teaching Certification with ART endorsement(s) or certificates
• Previous experience in a general education and/or art classroom setting
• Flexibility to teach art across various grade levels (specific age group to be confirmed)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to engaging students in creative, hands-on learning projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and administration
