Step into a dynamic school-based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity serving students near Lakeville, MN. This contract position offers a rewarding split assignment—spending part of your time at a vibrant high school and the remainder supporting a secondary education center. With a full-time 1.0 FTE schedule, you’ll engage with a diverse caseload of 55 students, fostering communication skills in both face-to-face and teletherapy environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible Minnesota SLP license
  • CCC-SLP preferred; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CF) candidates with strong potential
  • Experience or comfort with school-based caseloads
  • Skills supporting individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Familiarity or interest in teletherapy service delivery
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Provide therapy in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Split duties between a high school and secondary education center (.6 RHS, .4 SEC)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress
