School Psychologist

Are you passionate about supporting students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral growth? We’re looking for a dedicated School Psychologist to join a collaborative and student-centered team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping students thrive by providing comprehensive evaluations, meaningful interventions, and compassionate support.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time 32.5 hours per week, Full School Year
• Caseload: K-12th grades, will discuss during interview
• Location: Fairfield, CT

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
• Interpret assessment data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to IEPs and 504 Plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Develop and implement evidence-based academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
• Support MTSS and RTI frameworks
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CT state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A heart for supporting students and partnering with school communities
