Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Rochester, MI

This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services, collaborate with educators, and support students’ communication growth throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligible for licensure)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential in a school setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and evaluations to K-12 students onsite
• Develop, implement, and update individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
• Deliver both individual and small group interventions in alignment with students’ educational goals
• Engage in case management, professional development, and ongoing consultation as a valued team member
